Refund policy
We accept returns up to 7 days after delivery, if the item is unused with tags still attached and in its original condition. If you need to return or exchange an item, please email us at saltyrodeoco@yahoo.com with your order receipt and a breif summary explaining why you would like to return your item.
All sales are final for on sale items, gift cards and clearance items.
While we strive for perfection with quality and the appearance of our clothing for our customers, we are human. If we made a mistake with your order please let us know within 5 days of receiving.
The buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We will cover the cost of shipping for exchanges returning back to you. Unless we made a mistake packaging up your order, then we will cover all shipping costs.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at saltyrodeoco@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. Our support team addresses damages on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a solution for you.
